23:4. രാജാവു മഹാപുരോഹിതനായ ഹിൽക്കീയാവോടും രണ്ടാം തരത്തിലുള്ള പുരോഹിതന്മാരോടും വാതിൽ കാക്കുന്നവരോടും ബാലിന്നും അശേരെക്കും ആകാശത്തിലെ സർവ്വസൈന്യത്തിന്നും വേണ്ടി ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ ഉപകരണങ്ങളൊക്കെയും യഹോവയുടെ മന്ദിരത്തിൽനിന്നു പുറത്തു കൊണ്ടുപോകുവാൻ കല്പിച്ചു; യെരൂശലേമിന്നു പുറത്തു കിദ്രോൻ പ്രദേശത്തുവെച്ചു അവയെ ചുട്ടു, ചാരം ബേഥേലിലേക്കു കൊണ്ടുപോയി.

23:4. The king ordered Hilkiah the high priest, the high-ranking priests, and the guards to bring out of the LORD's temple all the items that were used in the worship of Baal, Asherah, and all the stars of the sky. The king burned them outside of Jerusalem in the terraces of Kidron, and carried their ashes to Bethel.

Then the king instructed Hilkiah the high priest and the priests of the second rank and the Temple gatekeepers to remove from the LORD's Temple all the articles that were used to worship Baal, Asherah, and all the powers of the heavens. The king had all these things burned outside Jerusalem on the terraces of the Kidron Valley, and he carried the ashes away to Bethel.

23:4. And the king commanded Hilkiah the high priest, and the priests of the second order, and the keepers of the threshold, to bring forth out of the temple of Jehovah all the vessels that were made for Baal, and for the Asherah, and for all the host of heaven, and he burned them without Jerusalem in the fields of the Kidron, and carried the ashes of them unto Beth-el.

23:4. And the king commanded Hilkiah the high priest and the priests of the second order and the keepers of the threshold to bring out of the temple of the LORD all the vessels made for Baal, for Asherah, and for all the host of heaven. He burned them outside Jerusalem in the fields of the Kidron and carried their ashes to Bethel.

Then the king commanded Hilkiah the high priest, the other priests, and the gatekeepers to bring out of the Lord's Temple all the dishes and things that were made to honor Baal, Asherah, and the stars of heaven. Then Josiah burned those things outside Jerusalem in the fields in Kidron Valley. Then they carried the ashes to Bethel.

The king commanded Hilkiah the high priest, and the priests of the second order, and the keepers of the threshold, to bring forth out of the temple of Yahweh all the vessels that were made for Baal, and for the Asherah, and for all the host of the sky, and he burned them outside of Jerusalem in the fields of the Kidron, and carried the ashes of them to Bethel.

And the king H4428 commanded H6680 H853 Hilkiah H2518 the high H1419 priest, H3548 and the priests H3548 of the second order, H4932 and the keepers H8104 of the door, H5592 to bring forth H3318 out of the temple H4480 H1964 of the LORD H3068 H853 all H3605 the vessels H3627 that were made H6213 for Baal, H1168 and for the grove, H842 and for all H3605 the host H6635 of heaven: H8064 and he burned H8313 them without H4480 H2351 Jerusalem H3389 in the fields H7709 of Kidron, H6939 and carried H5375 H853 the ashes H6083 of them unto Bethel.
